Being nearer 80 than 70 yrs old, I have dealt with many companies, but this outfit is one of the very worst to deal with. Badly packed goods being dispatched with resultant damage blamed on the customer.

Service was shocking. We had to return a set of handles due to builder getting sizes wrong and the amount we received was less than it should have been due to 'delivery charge' VAT. We asked to see proof of the charge from the company but the owner refused. All felt very snakey, would tread carefully with this company.
