   Went in store today to get some new hinges for a kitchen unit as it was broken. I have no experience of fixing stuff like this but took the old hinge with me and spoke to Ray. He found a new hinge that was very similar, explained what to do and off I toddled. It's now fixed, was super easy and I'm a very happy customer! Thank you so much guys I shall return :0)

   I visited a nearby Wicks and it didn't have the product I was looking for. I then found Screwfix via Google. Quickly checked online and found my product in stock. I drove to the Screwfix (lunch time) and saw signs for parking (wahey they have parking for customers and approx about 6 -7 bays , 2 bays marked for those with disabilities. Parking for customers is a real big deal for me it helped so much and then I simply walked a few yards to the shop front. It wasn't busy inside, so approached the counter, and was greeted by friendly professional staff who i found very helpful. Paid for my item by quoting the item number and waited 2 minutes for the product (its like Argos in terms of you pay and someone then comes along with your purchase). They also have a screen for you to use to check stock and reserve or you can click and collect online then visit to collect. I didn't know it was this easy and I will be using Screwfix more now. Thank you for the excellent service.

   A really useful diy catalogue shop. The website makes it easy to check if something is in stock. I’ve paid only and collected in store in the past but found it just as easy to just go in Store to buy it. Like most big stores, any item you have left over from a diy job can be returned for a fill refund (obviously as long as it’s not been used). On occasions it’s worked out cheaper than the big DIY stores.
