   My flat has an extremely narrow front gate and our washing machine space is tiny and buried partially beneath the floor making it almost impossible to move. Shaz and Alex did a tremendous job removing the old washing machine and installing the new one despite the almost comically difficult conditions. Props to them and Harris Electrical for the dedication and skill! Much appreciated

   Bought item bosch extractor hood paid & fitting £150 removal £25 and the contractor damage the extractor vent, the retailer, confirmed process sent email with phone photo attached, make a long list when asked rectify keep refusing to asked contractor sort damage out they keep on refusing.

   Absolutely top-tier service from Shaz & D today. These guys came in to replace our oven and honestly, they were the best we’ve ever had. Super friendly, professional, and just all-around good vibes. They handled everything with care, explained what they were doing, and left the place spotless. Can’t big them up enough proper legends. If you get the chance to have Shaz & D on the job, consider yourself lucky. 5 stars all the way.

   I bought a high-end integrated dishwasher from Harris that took over 4 weeks to complete the installation. During this time the customer service was poor (I had to keep following up or chasing, often without responses) and then when the installation was finally completed, the finish was of low quality. We're happy with the dishwasher but the customer service and poor workmanship (uneven and rough finish, see pics) is not really good enough. UPDATE (in response to Harris/ Megan's response): I have added an image of my invoice from Harris for the dishwasher to verify that I am a recent customer and demonstrate that this is a valid review. Harris will be familiar with my concerns, and who I am, as I had voiced them over the phone. I am shocked that, rather than responding to my concerns about poor customer service and poor workmanship, Harris have attempted to discredit me and my review. This further demonstrates inadequate customer service and poor business practices (so only warrants a one star review in my experience).

   I was recommended to call Harris Electrical by my next door neighbour as they had such a positive experience with the company. And I had the same...such a helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable team headed by John Kong. After an initial phone chat, a 'site visit' was arranged - Steve and Mario came to my house to see the access to my first floor kitchen to work out how to bring in the new 90cm Rangemaster induction cooker and to remove and dispose of my old 90cm cooker. On the arrival day they were so efficient, removing the old cooker, connecting the new cooker all within an hour. Colin the gas engineer arrived shortly afterwards to cap off the gas from my old cooker. We are so happy with our new cooker and will be recommending Harris Electrical to all our North London friends and neighbours! THANK YOU SO MUCH, all at Harris Electrical!

   Super easy experience with Harris Electrical. Was looking for a slimline fridge/freezer that was sold out everywhere else, and they had it in stock. Was zero hassle to get the door opening switch and the fridge/freezer came ready to go, clear of packaging! Couldn't be happier to have shopped local, would highly recommend!

   Absolutely excellent customer service, they are very welcoming and care about your needs. My nan has always supported this family busienss for decades now. She recommended me to go there for any appliances i need. I went in yesterday saw a fridge freezer decided i wanted it there an then. Paid for it. I explained to the sales person i live very close. If possibke can i have it today. Within half an hour they came an delivered my fridge freezer with such care. I will be returning. Thankyou all once again

   Fantastic company/service from start to finish. They did what every other well known suppliers failed to do. I wanted to purchase an American fridge/freezer but due to having lots of steps and stairs with no lift, they didn't want to know. Was told about Harris, Hackney branch. Spoke with Amit who was very helpful with my choices (I even bought a new dryer as well). Want to also say many thanks to Mario and the rest of the delivery guys, they did brilliantly manoeuvring the stairs and installation. I'm a very happy customer.

   Great service from start to finish! Demiz was able to advise me on which new appliances to go for (I was deliberating between three different brands), and also on which were simple to use. I bought a Neff combi-microwave and single oven. On the day of installation Mario and Dave did a great job fitting them both in an awkward space; they were quick, clean and efficient. I found Harris electrical prices very competitive and the customer services far exceeded a recent experience with a large online retailer!! Thank you Harris Electrical.
