   Pleased Wilko's Had everything I came in looking for and was easy to find as everything is well organised and most items in stock, staff was kind and helpful, but the store could use more staff as was busy with not enough staff to run the tills and self serve was down causing the queues to go to back of the store. prices are higher than they used to be but still have most things you expect to find in a Wilko's. Easy to get to with a large carpark at front of the store with disabled parking and a bus station near only 5-10 minute walk through town centre.

   Appalling customer service. Witnessed a customer ask for help finding a particular product. The store assistant told her which section to go to and customer asked her to please show her the aisle (very politely). The store assistant said "You got yourself to the store, so you can go and find it yourself". I was absolutely shocked and so was the poor lady customer. This is generally the same attitude and atmosphere of this store. They are very selective in who they wish to help and be pleasant to. I sense a prejudice towards certain customers. I'll leave it at that.

   Spacious store with a good range of hardware, electronics, electrical, toys, homeware and household items like cleaning, washing and kitchen stuff. Opening hours are a bit short. I was there on Wednesday and they were about to close at 7pm. The staff were a bit distracted and were not paying much attention to customers but could be because it was too close to their time to shut down. Self-service checkouts are not good compared to the other big supermarket because it seems they have converted their old tills into self-serve by changing the direction of the screen.

   Always have the bits and bobs I need, love them for a spot of indoor gardening gear and also their home section. Always some great deals on household goods. Highly recommend and their self check out is the best. Yes people tok get to use the scanner gun yourself, none of the rubbish repeat swiping across a screen!

   Staffing is quite poor here and leaving customers to do self check out is also a joke. Useful time spent waiting on line to make payment.

   Good amount of social distancing and a one in one out system, if there are two of you then you have to wait until two come out. Polite tannoy notice asking people to be quick because of the queue outside. Lovely helpful staff. Was a pleasant experience shopping for essentials at this difficult time
