   Helpful shop when needed, But service-wise speed is on slow-motion, nearly dozen of customers to wait orders this slow here requires some attitude improvements… goods wise quite a lot helpful handy-stuff in one place.

   Screwfix always was first source for my maintenance needs. I spent thousands during last year but today I was very disappointed with customer service at Harold hill branch (RM3). Chris- Store manager who was on duty (Sunday afternoon, January 9th) definitely need to improve his customer service and decision making skills. I was ready to place my order, but he decided to instruct his colleague to serve customers who came for collection and put me at the back of the queue. It was only 2 customers behind me, but I felt that store manager (Chris) didn't value my time. Come on Chris, you can do much better! Don't disappoint your customers. And treat everyone equally ...

   Quick and easy process when you use their click and collect system. Its one of my easier shops. Staff are always on top of things. Store is clean but the layout is slightly confusing as to where to queue...but social distancing markers were clear. Service is quick with click n collect.
