Avoid! I’ve ordered TWICE and didn’t receive my order! No communication either. If you don’t chase them they’ll just take your money and not deliver. If you wanna be lied to and taken for a wild ride order from the shop…at your own risk…buckle up.
Cannot call this store, customer service cannot contact this store. How do you CANCEL an order when they do not respond to emails or telephone and their is NO CANCEL option within the online website. Never again
Nice and local easy parking,have most of what I need in stock.have just planted up my cold frame with chillies tomatoes and peppers hopefully will get a lovely harvest.very helpful and friendly staff.

Absolutely shocking service from TradePoint Dartford who not only messed up my order, they also failed to deliver on time twice, without any follow up. The second part of my order hasn't arrived and there's no sign of it coming or a refund. Ordering from here is nothing short of a scam, avoid if you can!

Usual DIY stuff but didn't have what I needed, doing well with social distancing too.
Straight in as a trade point holder reasonable stock levels considering, no problems
B&Q have set up small garden store here to help shift the plants.
Had to cut bought wood panels, to get in vehicle, as they were treated which was long and this could damage their blade, but they did lend me the saw to do it which was helpful
