   Ordered some paint on the Sunday - Got an email notification on Tuesday morning that the order had been cancelled due to a pricing error on the website. No attempt to work out a solution just left me there with no materials so I cannot complete a job. Order number is RI3175. Would not recommend this company based on my experience.

   This is the way all companies should be - reasonable prices, good offers from time to time, quick delivery and excellent customer support! Very impressed with them. Yet to try the charcoal out, but looking forward to it! Excellent quality rotisserie basket - couldn't see the screws that were hanging in the bag. Customer service range me back the morning after the night I logged the call to question where they were. Thanks so much team!

   I've just had a great combination of super price and excellent customer service from the guys at Redec and I'm well impressed. My positive experience started when I emailed them about a barbecue I was interested in and they rang me right back with a response to my question. And then, when I missed out on the original deal I was looking at, they were able to come up with a different, but equally good deal which I decide to go for. Finally, when I had some internet issues during payment, they sorted it all out really quickly, ringing me to tell me when everything was all OK. I'm really pleased I decided to use Redec and they'll be my 'go to' online store for all my BBQ kit requirements from now on, along with anything else they've got that I need!
