   Place an order through the application and after I paid I realise the local branch has been changed in my application!!!. Called customer service and asked for a refund and been told is all done but obviously it hasn't. Called again and been promised is all done. And I am still waiting

   Totally rubbish customer service. I made an order online. The system says that all items are available for collection. But after i paid for the order, i received email that some of items not available and toolstation give me refund. To receive money back will takes 3-5 working days. That's totally most of stupid things what this shop can do. Now i can't finish job, because first i need wait when money comes back and then i can purchase same item from different shop. To do refund they must ask to customer first.

   Second hand security goods sold as new! Bought an EZVIZ Mini O Plus today having waited 35 minutes in a queue to check it was 'unopened' (stupid that you cannot ring the local store). Told "yes - pristine goods'. Wife collected this afternoon. Got the camera out of the box and was immediately suspicious of loose cellophane wrapper. Tried to add it to my existing device list by scanning the QR code of the camera only to get a message saying someone else with XXX mobile and YYY email address has already registered it. So now completely useless to me as cannot be unregistered except by the first owner. It's going straight back for a refund. Disgusted.

   Made an in store order that was sent to the wrong address. Called Customer service and spoke to CB (please excuse the spelling if you're reading this). She sorted the whole thing very professionally whilst having decent banter. The 3 stars are Purley for her as a rating out of 3. Someone give her a pay rise! Top girl.

   Used to be good but now seriously lacking in competence and customer service. I have never had a problem with this store until recently, both times have been whilst dealing with a short dark blond haired kid. Aside from constantly not being able to locate click and collect orders even if they are literally 60CM away from him. He also gives out the wrong advice when it comes to the stores warranty policy. I had spoken to him to ask about a return of a faulty telescopic ladder after previously speaking with the manufacturer. His response was that returns are only for 30 days and that he had sent someone else away for the same thing. This is simply incorrect. Take a look at Toolstation's website and the manufacturers if you have any problems returning items with faults. This person is simply just too complacent and lazy. I spoke with their customer service team on the phone who were great, they solved the issue and arranged a collection of the faulty item straight away.I will make sure to avoid letting this kid serve me again in future!
