Can't give 0 stars unfortunately. Good sales people when you first contact them. Then radio silence and a rude owner. Lost a lot of cash and no explanation. Avoid
I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I ordered a pair of leggings and paid upfront. Not long after, they told me the item had been discontinued (so why was it on their website?). The alternative they offered wasn't suitable so I asked for a refund. This was 'no problem' apparently but so far nothing has happened. Their last accounts show a bad and deteriorating financial position so I have very little hope they will make the refund. UPDATED 15/02/25 - refund received!
Do not use, awful communication and still waiting on £2000 refund. During the order process communication was great, prompt responses and very keen. However once the order was placed and paid for, emails were non existent, had to send 5/6 emails to get any response. To make matters worse, due to an error on our part, payment was made twice for the kit and we’re still waiting for the refund for the second payment, 8 months later. Not acceptable. We received the kit 3 months later than expected after many emails. Tried to call but never any answer, why have a number if it’s never manned. Only use this company if you’re happy waiting months for kit with no communication on timeframes.
Ordered item on 2nd March. Chased on 24th and told they would sort. Then no replies to emails so PayPal refund in June. Update. They called to apologise, had IT issues. Sent me my purchase free of charge.
I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Ordered a club shirt in August 2022 - still not received despite confirmation in late 2022 that sufficient orders had been placed to generate the order, which should have triggered a 6 week timeframe. Last update, received only after several emails went without response, was on the 22nd of Feb at which time they advised that they would have the shirts within 10 days. Still no sight o f them almost a month later. Common theme seems to be that you have to harass them to get any updates, and frustratingly they are currently ignoring followup emails. Will be submitting a card dispute for failure to provide goods if not received within the next 10 days.
Ordered some branded garments from iPROSPORTS recently with my logo printed on both front and back, very impressed with the quality of the items and very happy to have professional looking garments. Would definitely recommend using this company for any branded work wear needed.
Ordered some items on 21 October (spending £239 in total). Didn't hear anything so chased up one month later (21 November). Was told that the order would be sent the following day. Nothing arrived so chased up again on 28 November. Received a reply on 30 November with a tracking number. Order arrived, but with a typo on one of the items. I checked and it was spelt correctly on my order. Received an apology and told a replacement would be sent asap. I asked if it could arrive in time for when I was next seeing the recipient (that Friday) and the item was not sent in time nor did I get a reply to my email to manage my expectations. An all-round disappointing experience.
