Rude staff with little man syndrome. Moaning because he had lots of picks to do!! Well that's your job Saw me walked off then wouldn't refund all the order because part of it hadn't come in. Well I can't wire plugs without the flex can I? Not the first time with this place. Sign of the time when the workforce is lazy. Not surprised it's Screwfix in Dagenham Well
This store is not worth of any star! I have ordered the items online, received email with collection, popped in the store after 2 days, and the items couldn’t be found! And the Branch Manager was there , while I was discussing with the Sales Assistant, but he even didn’t bothered to apologise. Not nice, Mr ‘Ricky’ ! Poor Customer Service!

The worst store, people are being deceived, I bought a toilet, they said the pipe is included in the package, I come the second time I realized that I would buy a toilet again and she says it's included in the price and I say where she didn't give me what to pay for, but it's a little better than there and so that the taxi would fit, so they waited a long time and ate, don't take everything seriously. I do not recommend this store.

I was having a bad day and had to pop in to get some emulsion and rollers while holding a young puppy. The lad serving me saw that I was struggling with the paint and puppy, so very kindly took the paint to the door to allow me to put straight into my car boot. Probably a very small thing, but he was the only person that day who bothered to help me. He's a local lad, tall, of African heritage - please pass on my thanks.
