I placed an order with these guys and sadly had to cancel it. I emailed through before reading the T&Cs which state I had to call. They were busy so I left a voicemail to which I was called back within minutes, where everything was sorted and a refund issued with a business working day. Thanks for your help on this. I ordered a scooter from simply electric scooters and was sent the wrong scooter which is incompetent at the very least. Since i contacted the store i have been receiving emails from this comany to try and get my redund. I was asked to send the scooter back which i have done and tracking shows it was delivered. But they are claiming they have not received the scooter so will not give the refund. Totaly untrustworthy company to say the least. AVOID THIS COMPANY
