   Useless company. Bought an item and it was marked as dispatched but no tracking number was provided. Customer service is utterly useless and doesn't reply half the time. Turns out after as week and a half of waiting my item was NEVER posted and they completely lied about posting it. Didn't care or give a proper reason, just sent me a refund. Don't buy from this company, they don't care and can't even get the basics right

   Item went missing, seller was no help at all. I found that Tools4builders Ltd don't in fact hold the stock but order it from another company (UK Planet). The latter were relly helpful and sent out a replacement the same afternoon I called them. Tools4Builders, who I bought through on eBay, still haven't replied to my first message 5 days ago. Avoid Tools4Builders Ltd.

   Sold my business a faulty item sent back to them, 2 weeks later said we broke it! And refused to fix it, swap it and sent it back to us To clarify sent US A Faulty item, worked once then stopped working,, refused to fix it, repair it, replace it, 2 X DAYS OLD! And said we broke it and sent us it back? This is NOT how to run a business, shame on you! Tools4fools your business should be named as!

   Sent a dodgy chainsaw back and they are just messing me around by not sending me out the replacement! BEEN OVER 10 X DAYS NOW AFTER FIRST EMAILING THEM ABOUT THE DODGY CHAINSAW THEY SOLD ME
