   We have stayed at Fferm Ty Uchaf before but in the intervening years it’s gone downhill ! The cottage was dirty and covered with cobwebs and thick dust. I actually wrote “ clean me” on one of the bedside tables it was so thick The sofa had plywood boards under the cushions to stop it sagging! Kitchen utensils were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this property . The location is outstanding but that’s about it. Reading the guest book it was obvious we weren’t the only people who had issues. We didn’t want to be disturbed by cleaners coming in and the sofa couldn’t be replaced within the time frame so we didn’t contact Coastal Cottages but by reading several reviews it’s obvious they have a problem with cleanliness. We would never book with this company again and I strongly urge anyone contemplating using them to look elsewhere

   Good selection of properties which look to be of good quality. It's the first time I have used this company but the booking process was quick and easy to use once I'd chosen a property. The only problem I had was I couldn't get properties that I had saved to favourites to stay in the favourites box. They just kept disappearing! Not sure why. It made the selection process a lot longer as I had to write the property name/number down rather than have them in one place. I registered straight away before I started looking specifically to be able to use the 'add to favourites' option.

   We stayed last year at Harbour Suite apartment in Harbour Heights in Tenby and despite a few issues we loved the place. Regular contact with the team ensured an agreeable outcome and we planned to book again for this year This was duly done and we booked to stay in June (22 to 29 June) Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to do a late cancellation. The team came through trumps with a full refund less admin charges. They were extremely accommodating despite my outbursts due to my circumstances and physical pain. I will be booking again for next year making sure I take full insurance this time A huge thank you for bearing with me . I am truly grateful ❤️❤️❤️

   Totally lovely dealing with this company. Every conversation has been really helpful. The staff all work in the same office and it definitely has a family feel about it when you ring up. No one has been in the least bit pushy. The main thing is that the staff know about many of the cottages that they have available to let and none of the cottages is on with any other agency. They are based in Pembrokeshire and they clearly have lots of local knowledge. Highly recommended!

   Extremely easy website to navigate and search. We had been looking for a dog friendly cottage in Pembrokeshire for a while now and getting overwhelmed by some sites and their lack of search parameters meaning lots of trawling through write ups. This was so simple and user friendly! In 30 minutes we had found exactly what we were looking for and had successfully booked our break! Will definitely use again and can’t wait til our holiday ❤️

   Easy to search and booking was very good. The only thing I could pick fault with, I wanted to pay £45 deposit and not the whole amount. The dot was on the £45 but showed in the payment was the whole amount. Suggestion that there could be another box showing what’s leaving the account. I rang the number and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Went to plan and balance to pay.
