   My daughter was about to be accused of shoplifting because she put items in her bag and the staff believed she was going to walk out due to her skin colour.Of course,any teenager would be stressed and she immediately went to pay to prevent any further actions potentially being taken.The workers should be less suspicious and rude to young and innocent clients next time !

   Good variety of products. Need a little care on pricing thoug, second time I have been in there and was overcharged price on the till did not match the shelf. Don't like the fact they are pushing self checkouts in there.

   They Always have less stock than expective. It is not easy to find items. But only if we get help than we can find items quick enough. Price is always good but when compare to home bargain abd B&M. You will find to be better off shopping at those stores.

   I do love wilko I always end up spending more than I intend to. They have such a wide range of items in here as it's quite a big one. Everything is neat and its easy to find items. The staff are helpful when you need something however, there never seems to be enough staff as I'm always looking around for one whenever I'm in there. The shop is super bright so it looks more spacious. I always find things I need in there.
