   First time customer. Really disappointed after being let down. Firstly I order an item that should have had 24h delivery after 2 days without hearing anything I contacted them, was told they'd investigate for me. Contacted them again to get old it was out of stock (why I wasn't made aware when I purchased?) but it was now back in stock and would be dispatched immediately (on the Saturday) or Monday. On Tuesday after hearing nothing again I contacted again them to be told it was in stock but warehouse hadn't dispatched it yet and they would arrange it to be immediately sent out as a priority order. Got a final email the next day it's out of stock and given a refund!?! There free gift from the manufacturers, the reason I purchased it, if I ordered before a certain date that's now passed because they messed me around so I can't redeem it. Shocking and poor service

   I'm beginning to think they're scamming me... Here's the full story: Ordered a planer thicknesser on 14th December and asked to let me know if it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Arrived on 20th December damaged as they shipped it upside down (shipping label on bottom of the box). They seemingly did a good job to dispatch another one to be delivered on Friday 23rd December, in time for Christmas. Roll on Friday around 11am and I get multiple phonecalls from Tools4Trade but I was in work, when I phoned back 1 hour later they told me it was too late and they were offering for me to collect because DPD are refusing to deliver. I couldn't collect anyway because I work so I'm told that it's not going to be delivered until 28th. While on the phone I asked if I was able to try fix the damaged one would it still be returnable if it later if it didn't work or wasn't square and Jasmine told me yes, so I asked for that in an email to have in writing. She was initially hesitant to email me but then agreed... Although she never bothered to send it in the end. I got home around 2pm and emailed to query if I was going to get an email about it and they replied saying don't worry it would be delivered before the end of the day or on Saturday, Christmas Eve. Obviously I was overjoyed to hear this but it never actually arrived. So here we are on the 29th December and I asked again today what is happening because they have been completely silent since, not even a courtesy email or phonecall to keep me in the loop. The reply I got today was that it was out for delivery but to my surprise and another wasted day waiting, it never arrived! I no longer believe they are even sending a replacement and I'm beginning to resign myself to having been scammed by this company who are continually lying to me. I tried phoning multiple times today to speak with them rather than email but they didn't answer. Hopefully if you've read this you can learn from my mistake and don't get scammed yourself.

   Absolutely disgusted with this place. I have spent over £5,000 this year alone and today I went to buy a few items as black Friday deals are on. I added up the items and they came to £292 when I got to till I asked could they do better on the router jig I bought as they were £20 more than other stores. He said he reduced it by £10 and also discounted the other items I bought. When I got home I noticed he only discounted £3 and charged full price for everything else. I honestly wouldn't have minded if he told me the truth instead of shuffling the prices. I will never go back there and there are plenty of stores who would appreciate £5000 minimum spend per year. Its sad that they are taking advantage of black Friday crowds instead of giving them deals like advertised, our money is hard earned and we don't like being taken for a fool.

   Well we cant fault Tools 4 trade. Their communication was brilliant regarding the order, the service was faultless and the delivery received within 2 days of ordering. The parcels arrived well packaged and everything ordered was there. Thank you so much for excellent service.

   Very well stocked shop selling at internet prices. Picked up a nail gun and box of stick nails cheaper than I could find anywhere else and in stock. Looking at other reviews they’re definitely consistent when it comes to rushing customers a whole 25 mins before closing, which is a shame. Guys on the tills were knowledgeable and helpful enough.
