   My son is an electrician and I sometimes go with him. We've used Screwfix for years and so I thought I should let others know. Screwfix and TLC are our 1st choice for any item we need. Their staff are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait but that's a testimony to their successful customer satisfaction. We've taken items for return 10 months after purchase and had it replaced under warranty without any questions or hassle. Don't know who the manage or the assistant manager is but they are doing something right. They've never let me down. Keep up the good work Slough Screwfix.

   If a staff member called you over and then refused to serve you, passing you to someone else without explanation, that’s poor customer service and understandably makes anyone feel disrespected. Even if they were busy or didn’t want to deal with the query, they should have politely explained and handled it professionally. And the staff name was parminder.

   I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone. I popped in there to check the work boots and was dealt by a short, indian girl with glasses. She wasn't very happy when I asked for some work boots I had selected as it meant going inside to fetch them. On top of that she kept asking how were they when she could see I was still checking to see if they fit. I felt a bit rushed. When I selected another pair based on what I was looking for, she went inside without mentioning that she was leaving to fetch that pair. I tried that and felt it bit tight from the sides as I usually go for wide fit shoes/boots. While I was still deciding which pair I wanted to buy, she mentioned that she can't fetch another pair. I am sure it's not Screfix policy that you can only check 3 pairs but she made me not want to buy any of them based on how she behaved. Screfix needs to hire people with a better customer service if they are to stay in business, lots of competition in retail and online.

   Once again Amy at slough branch to the rescue!!! Received damaged boiler flue customer was very unhappy. Amy dealt with it professionally and promptly. Managed to get it sorted the next day. Great work keep it up!!!!

   They have a, separate counter for items ordered online which was closed. I waited at other counter, after a while they open the counter and just pick a cutomer to serve without asking who is next to be served, i complain and they told me i been waiting at the wrong counter and still didnt serve me.

   I purchased an ball valve online and and another part was not coming in till the next day.the duty manager A Female was brilliant excellent customer service skills and lovley smile she dealt with my issue with ease..bareing in mind they had 2 staff and a truck unloading she knew what she was doing .keep up the good work God bless.
