   My Hilka jumpstart /charger had packed up or so I thought and I lost the plug and cable during my move . Hilka took in the unit check out the unit and reset the battery which I never knew apparently you have to recharge the unit every 3-6 months even without use to keep it ‘live’ Hilka couldn’t of been more helpful to sort this out they even included a replacement 12v home plug & micro usb lead you couldn’t ask for more help than they have given me really helpful team at Hilka.

   Just purchased the Hilka faraday key pouches, having had to wait weeks for them to come back into stock. Well worth the wait and they definitely live up to their ranking as one of the best on the market. They are so good that I have to remember to keep the fob part way out of the pouch when I'm in the car otherwise the car can't detect the fob. Only £7:99 for two pouches from Screwfix, I highly recommend this simple, well made and effective product to anyone looking for a faraday pouch.

   Great products and amazing customer service. I had an issue with with a delivery of a tool chest, the tool chest was damaged in transit. I contacted the customer services team and my issue was escalated with in a short space of time to director level. The exchange was completely hassle free and at the cost to Hilka. Hilka UK looked into the issue and resolved the problem with the delivery. Nothing was too much trouble and the company has been very proactive in engineering a solution. Their products are excellent value for money and they give a superb level of customer service. I would reccomend Hilka products to anyone.

   I Bought a spare battery for my drill but had trouble with it, so I contacted Hilka for help. The customer service I received was outstanding. Nigel went above and beyond what I was expecting to resolve this problem. I have used Hilka equipment before and have had no problem with them. Would definitely recommend using and as I said the customer service is exceptional.

   Great tools at amazing prices. So good I've updated my toolbox to include a lot of their most useful items. Bunjee straps are amazing and versatile for so many things as well as clamps. Excellent range of gardening tools as well which was very useful during this lockdown period. Hand tools like hammers, screwdrivers, screwbits all very well made. No issues so far! Looking forward to their new additions each year!
