   I recently had an amazing experience with Ann from Customer Service at Toolstation, and I just had to share it! I was in a bit of a bind because my door lock gearbox broke, and without a replacement, I couldn’t go to work the next day. It was one of those moments where you really feel the pressure! I decided to reach out to Toolstation, and that’s when I met Ann. She was incredibly helpful right from the start. Understanding how urgent my situation was, she took the time to call a nearby branch in Redhill to check for the part I needed. I couldn't believe it when she told me that she had reserved it under my name for same-day collection. It was such a relief! From the outset, Ann was empathetic, calm, and completely understood the urgency of my situation. She didn't just read out stock levels from a computer screen - she took personal, proactive ownership of the problem. I've dealt with various customer service representatives before, but Ann's dedication really stood out. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Thanks to her, I was able to pick up the part and get my door lock sorted out in no time. I truly appreciate her effort, and it’s reassuring to know there are people like Ann out there who genuinely care about helping others. Highly recommended!

   I really like toolstation. Unlike big stores such as Wickes or B&Q you don't need to look for tools or materials for hours from isle to isle. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Also prices of tools and materials are usually quite good.

   I use Toolstation Redhill at least 4 times a week. The friendly, polite and helpful staff always make for pleasent visit. Service is always excellent. Especially during these 'unusual' times. Outside the store is clearly zoned to maintain social distance and this is reflected by the staff who, while still working hard, stay well apart. When you collect your goods, you stand back in the collection zone, your items are placed on a counter (which appears freshly cleaned) the staff member then stands back and invites you to step forward to collect. It's a smooth and efficient procedure and takes but seconds. Redhill Toolstation staff deserve every recognition for this safe, smooth running branch.

   My go-to builders tools and sundries store. Always helpful staff - happy to be there to serve their customers. They don't hang about either. I am normally in and out in a matter of minutes. With the Covid-19 protocol forget minutes - I'm in and out in seconds! Their prices are almost always better than their competitors and their returns policy is excellent. Definitely my favourite tool shop.

   So glad this store opened right on my doorstep so to speak , saves me the trip to Crawley I've had to do before. I have found all staff to be efficient and very friendly , nothings too much trouble and have a sense of humour. Usually served by Sam , very patient guy. In all great store , prices and staff.
