The food and wine were definitely good; the ribeye and filet were of very high quality. The option to grill your own meat at the table on a hot stone was a great experience and very delicious. The staff was very pleasant and had a friendly presence. However, there were two minor downsides: • Ventilation: The extraction system in the restaurant could be improved. With so many people grilling at their tables, there was a bit too much smoke and food odor in the air. • Review Requests: We noticed the server asking every table to write a Google review and mention her name specifically. She didn't ask us, though. A small mishap: We had a bowl of fries that had an unexpected sauce at the bottom. We asked about it when they cleared the table because it seemed out of place. The manager came over to apologize and explained what had happened. It wasn't a big deal to us, and they kindly gave us the fries and our coffee for free. We suspect the server didn't dare to ask us for a review after that. She also avoided further friendly contact, simply leaving the bill without saying anything else. It was a bit silly, because now we are mentioning it here anyway! That said, I would definitely go back because the food was truly delicious. Best regards,

Great steak house with good selection on the menu. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the cuts of you don't know what to have. The best part about this place is you can have the steak on a hot stone and cook it how you like it on the table, which is always fun. If you don't wanna do that then chef will cook it for you. Came here for my 40th birthday and they surprised me with a little birthday desert which was a nice touch. Very reasonably priced too.

What a lovely experience! Me and my boyfriend visited to celebrate our birthdays, and we were not disappointed! The food was fantastic (shout out to the spinach and artichoke dip), and the service was also fantastic. Menna was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend!

Fun eating experience. The Hot Stone cooking at your table was interesting and entertaining. It was nice to prepare your food just like you wanted it. Dace, our server made great suggestions and her personable manner added to the enjoyment. The food was delicious as were the cocktails. The Sticky Toffee Pudding topped it all off.

My son and daughter wanted to eat at this restaurant. We took a decent and enjoyable walk , and got attended to quickly and warmly. The service is amazing and we got to ordering quickly. We got served in due time, and I will admit the steak was nice but not out of this world. The restaurant is very well furnished and comfortable. Cost is on the high side.

First of all, absolutely great staff. I think she was the manager who makes me throw another star for it. She was very thoughtful and well-organised person. I ordered steak, fish and chips and chicken dish. The food was over all a bit.. too salty. Children's menu is very good value though. (I recommend an Onion ring it was so good!!) Bit of shame that the company get rid of the Hot-stone steak which I think one of the most iconic dish from this company. This is one of my favourite restaurant in London so I remember that There was a fire about 5 years ago. Meaning it Maybe better for safety reason. But someone like me would dislike. I am not sure whether I would visit here again or another for steak.

Booked this Lovely little place to eat in before going over to watch the phantom of the opera. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the food was lovely, however I had asked for my steak to be well done and when it arrived it had been cooked to very very rare so I had to send it back which meant that my friend had nearly finished her meal before mine had actually been recooked and given to me again. Which isn’t really very good when we were out for dinner together. The second steak was lovely just a shame that the chef didn’t just cook it how I’d asked the first time around.

Best tomahawk steak I’ve had! We ordered the 32 oz steak and 3 sides. It was perfect for two people. Passion fruit drinks were delicious!

Friendly staff and the ambience was good. However i found the salad overall were a little bit too dry for me, it should be added more dressing and less fried onion to balance the taste and the steak was overcooked as we ordered medium rare. Overall the taste was a little bit too monotonous. For such a price we'd expect more than that. But the Lobster mac and cheese was really good :)

We were looking for steak and stumbled upon this place. Within a minute of walking in the first gentleman cleared up a table amd a second was ready to get us seated as well. They took the time to explain to us first timers how the hot stone experience worked and it was nothing short of fabulous. Quick, friendly service, amazing tastimg food and the drinks were fabulous as well. Highly recommend, it did not disappoint.
