   Unfortunately i am having to write a bad review due to still having no response on my kitchen bar after waiting and chasing up for over a year now. I purchased a kitchen bar october 2022, and within several weeks the worktop chipped. Photos were sent, many emails were sent back and forth, the pandemic and staff illnesses were given an excuse for delay but i have not heard anything back still. We had a great service at the beginning, paid them in full with no delays, but now i cannot get support from anyone. Its been 15 months and my issue still has not been resolved.

   Came here because we needed a new thermostat for our boiler. The owner was very knowledgeable and patient with my lack of knowledge and have me the part I needed and even gave me a spanner as he had foresight that I was going to need it, and I did. Friendly place would very much recommend.

   Excellent store. My dad particularly comes here often for hardware and the owner is very experienced and is able to help out with the correct parts etc. It’s nice to have a proper hardware store for plumbing/kitchen/bath items in the area with a knowledgeable owner. Nice showroom at the front of the store.

   I ordered a few kitchen units via Millwright's and Steve has been absolutely fantastic and so so helpful when things didn't go as planned with the kitchen manufacturer. He was so kind as to organise a delivery straight to my flat (when the manufacturer only did curb-side delivery which was no good for me), he also had a look at my old kitchen and advised how to fix a few non-standard things. The kitchen manufacturer also forgot to include some fixings in my order, which was discovered long after the delivery, so they refused to send these out at no cost and Millwright's covered the cost for me. Overall a fantastic service and I would highly recommend Steve and his team!

   Special thanks to Steve at Millwrights, this was my first experience with dealing with kitchen designers as just bought a new flat and wanted to redo my kitchen. He gave me a quote within a few days and provided me with crucial safety information which I did not know about. My kitchen is on hold for the next 6 months but he was more than happy to accommodate that fact. Highly reccommend!

   Really quick in response, helpful in advice. I ordered the kitchen cabinet door for my integrated dishwasher, was consulted properly, the door was delivered within one week. They also helped install the new dishwasher. The job was done very well especially when the pipes were very hidden and not easy to connect. They also went extra miles to help with other fixing in the flat. Strongly recommend
