   I had a great experience with Hounslow Heating & Plumbing Supplies. The customer service was excellent both in person and over the telephone. The staff were very understanding, helpful, and made sure I left completely happy with what I needed. I would highly recommend this business for all your heating, plumbing, and gas supplies. They are reliable, kind, and genuinely care about their customers.

   I am writing this review with deep disappointment after a shocking experience today. I visited the store with my young child to simply ask about a toilet flusher. I was initially speaking with an older gentleman who, despite having a disability, was polite, neutral, and helpful. He informed me the item was out of stock and to return Monday. I appreciated his assistance. However, another employee (a man who appeared to be in his 40s) intervened in the most unprofessional manner. He started speaking to me in an excessively loud and condescending tone, as if I were a child. When I calmly asked him not to shout and to speak to me properly, he ignored my request and continued to approach me aggressively. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to explicitly tell him to stop approaching me and that I did not wish to speak with him. His behavior was intimidating, especially as I was with my child. This employee is in serious need of customer service training, particularly on how to communicate respectfully with customers. The lack of basic professionalism and the arrogant attitude displayed were completely unacceptable. I am considering contacting the company's corporate office to report this specific incident, as no customer should be treated this way.

   I would strongly recommend this store and would rely on them again in the future. I needed a half inch by three quarter inch flexible pipe for which I searched Richardsons, Selco, two other stores in the same area as Selco, then Wickes, Homebase and Tool Station. None of them had it in stock or could offer an alternative solution. The very helpful gentleman in this store informed me that he did not have any but offered me a solution which meant using a three quarter inch by thre quarter inch and adding a reducer at one end to convert the end to half inch. Pity none of the other large stores were able to suggest this solution. Once again highly recommended and well done to you. Many thanks.

   Having lived local, I still drive from Ascot for this shop. Being pregnant and everywhere having low stock or poor quality (especially in BnQ), these guys have everything you need and if they don't, they can get it quickly!
