   I don’t even know where to start! I am absolutely appalled by the ‘customer experience’ I had in your store today. Most of the staff were chatting /on their phones!!!!!! and not interested in helping me or my friend in anyway. Didn’t imagine it could get any worse, until I went to the till and I had the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a high Street shop. Didn’t even say hello, no manners. So disappointed and have emailed head office with more specific detail.

   I talked with Jemma today the manager and two of her colleagues and I have to say the customer service was absolutely impeccable and they really helped me out with an issue. This being an item I ordered online and they managed to resolve the problem for me. A big thank-you to Gemma and her team.

   Not one of the best stores. Looks like the place is closing down with all the SALE stickers on the windows. Very small store and old fashioned. Was like a cattle market inside and wasn't even enough room to look at things. Very low on stock. And staff didn't really know what they was doing. Needs a new larger store.

   Popped in to collect a pre ordered item, took a while for the server to find it for me. In the meantime the other 4 members of staff stood around chatting, no one seemed bothered when the phone rang and rang and rang... hope that wasn't a customer wanting help

   Customer service is non-existent at best, took a pair of trainers in store to exchange for a bigger size and they’ve insisted the trainers would be delivered to me by hermes, more than one month later I found my self without trainers or refund on them and customer service does not reply anymore tho I have provided more than enough evidence that said parcel was not delivered. Would NOT recommend and 1 star only for store staff(they deserve more but....)
