I went in with my partner to discuss holiday ideas, and after a couple visits with weighing up all the ideas we we’re set on one place. To which Jasmine was very helpful in finding the best prices in travel cost, a cheap hotel on the way home, the best travel dates and the overall best value for money. Couldn’t recommend Hays travel enough, very helpful staff and satisfied with our service!
all the team are fabulous, especially Sophie who has helped us transfer our holiday from this year to next due to the cancellation occurred because of covid-19 pandemic and the shut down of travel. Sophie has been brilliant rebooking our dates, i heard horror stories of people paying £100`s of pounds more ... not us we move our holiday to the end of the month the following year and it only cost £30 extra. Sophie took away all our worry and put our minds at rest... she has gone above and beyond rebooking our extras like airport lounge.... without a doubt we will only book any holiday or travel through the hays branch in central York. I hope that all the lovely team in there manage to keep their jobs as its very uncertain and difficult times for the travel industry at present. I know for sure the customer service given by this team is the reason we are buying in to hays brand loyalty. ladies thank you, as soon as your open and back in store we will be dropping in some goodies as a roper thank you. i am recommending everyone to deal with this branch they are fab :-)
Jasmine could not of been more helpful. where as other travel agents (Tui in York and Thomas Cook monks cross) I felt I was putting them out by asking to book a holiday...! Again just to say Jasmine thank you for your patience and for finding us hopefully a great holiday.
