We. We're off reetes with a warm and friendly smile as we entered the shop and within minutes we was. At. Ease. Making our holiday destination with the help from Kate..she was happy and bubbly and she gave great. Advice concerning my partner who has limited mobility. Overall we had a fantastic experience.
Kate in the Parliament St Tui store was amazing from start to finish. I wouldn’t say my request was a straightforward one as it was for five of us with various flights. All the flight times were important to us as was the cost and Kate came up trumps on both aspects. We’ve regularly used this branch of Tui and again we were highly delighted with their service, knowledge and professionalism.
Just booked a holiday with the help of Kate. We always use tui Parliament Street, all of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It's good to know if we have any queries we can call in and speak to someone in person. Thanks and keep up the good work ladies.
I had such a lovely experience in York Store from City centre, last week. I recieved all the information regarding my holiday that Michelle booked for me and my family in Lanzarote, Spain. Michelle was amazing. Very friendly, lots of helpful information and she just remind me how nice is to purchase a holiday package in store and not online. Great experience. Thank you Michelle.
Michelle was excellent today she helped us book a holiday very quickly and found the great flights and sorted the best price for us. She was knowledgable about hotels and resorted! She came across enthusiastic about her job and caring about customers! Great service!
Jenny was so helpful booking my holiday to Mexico for the end of the year. Jenny recommended resorts and some hotels and we were able to secure cheaper Coco Bongo tickets! Super fast with everything too, thank you very much
There is no other place I would ever consider booking my holidays. Been coming to the store for years and all of the girls are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I have been served by all of them for different types of holidays over the years and both Jenny and Michelle have always been so patient with me. They really take their time to get the right holiday for me taking into consideration all my needs and wants. They are more than happy to provide personal recommendations and are just an absolute joy to book a holiday with! Donna in the store also loves a long haul so has always had good advice when I've wanted to travel a little further - plus is the bible of all things currency! The holiday experience really starts in this store, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. :)
