   I met with the lovely Ellie about 6 weeks ago sat down with her and told her about my family holiday I wanted to book for 2026 ! She took down all my preferences , all inclusive daytime flights destinations etc , I left her to do the work for me and come back with suggestions ! She duly came back listened to what I said about them then fine tuned until she rang me and said I’ve found it!! I rushed in and booked straight away ! We are now looking forward to the holiday next year ! I can’t praise Ellie enough , dealing with me for a start isn’t easy !! So thank you Ellie I’ll be back to book more holidays !!

   We called into the Holiday Store at the Vangarde Shopping Park today without realising we needed an appointment, no problem for Natalie she accommodated us anyway. she guided us through the process to get us the perfect getaway next year to celebrate a retirement. She was very knowledgeable showing us all our options, when we made our choice she was brilliant at explaining everything very clearly regarding what came next.    Our appointment with Liz was first class. We were seeking a family villa for 12 people in 2027 and had little idea of where we wanted to go. Liz offered location ideas within our budget, researched areas of interest to young children and teenagers, and within an hour we had paid our deposit for a holiday in Crete, in a couple of adjoining villas with pools and all mod cons!    Visited the store yesterday to book a last minute holiday for two days later. Elland was our travel consultant and she did a phenomenal job. She asked us all our needs and priorities, and then narrowed down a selection of options. Once we'd made our choice, she made the booking process easy and quick and gave us some very helpful advice to help make things even more efficient. We don't often book holidays through travel agents, but we had a few extra complications this time and really valued the extra support. We were very grateful for the service.
