Me and my husband went to tui castleford today with an idea of where we wanted to have our family holiday this summer. Adele was very welcoming and talked us through our options. She helped find us a great deal,in a perfect location for us,which had all the activities/facilities we wanted for our two teens. She has a depth of knowledge on different resorts making it an easy decision. All together a great experience and will definitely book our next holiday with them.
Made a new booking this morning with Tracey, explains everything & goes through everything, all the staff are great. Booked 4 times this year & each holiday has been brilliant, already booked 2 for next year & will certainly book again with the Castleford store, all the staff are great, I even order my currency online & always get a good rate.
