Booked our holiday with Ella who was great in helping us decide on somewhere to go as we hadn't been on a package holiday for 12 years. She picked the perfect place which suited exactly what we needed. Had a great holiday and will use Hays again.

WOW!!! What a holiday and it’s all down to these guys! Compared to past holidays booked elsewhere we found the service to be much more personal and attentive to the finer details of our needs for our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were never kept waiting both in store and also if we contacted the branch by phone. As our holiday got nearer the information / contact emails etc was totally perfect and assured us that everything was in place for us to simply relax and await our holiday. Where to start with Ella!!!!!……. THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A HOLIDAY BOOKING!!!! Ella is incredible and the icing on the cake was a phone call I received the day before we travelled. Ella phoned to wish me a Happy Birthday and went on to say she had arranged “ a surprise “ for when we got there…… Oh my goodness! We entered the lobby to check in to an absolute sight to behold…… The resort ambassador awaited us with Margaritas, cake and a very moving rendition of Happy Birthday which he sang / played on his guitar. ( A touch I will always remember ) HOW AWESOME THAT ELLA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! In my opinion any travel agent that is still going out of their way for you long after they have taken your money really does set them apart from the competition. HAYS AND ELLA thank you so much!!! From booking to returning it has all been simply perfect and we look forward to travelling again with you soon!!! ❤️
Called and spoke to Michelle. I gave her details of a specific holiday another travel agent was advertising and asked her if she could match the deal,advising I would rather purchase from someone local rather an online if possible. All the details were taken, the advisor said she would call me back either way. No phone call back, I guess this agency doesn’t need new customers.

' Luke & Chelsea are superstars!!! ' After needing to amend a cruise holiday booked just 24 hours ago Luke worked his magic and was amazing at sorting everything out.
