Michelle explained everything we needed to know, listened to everything we asked, including some particular aspects of my wifes enquiries, which was challenging at times. The result was that we left with a holiday booking that we are very happy with. Thank you Michelle.

    Terrible customer service, especially from the store manager who can’t even be bothered to respond to emails. Hope nobody books through this store and has any issues or needs any assistance as you will be left hanging! Come on Virgin sort it out! And get some store managers that are able to communicate with customers instead of just ignoring them! Time to start looking elsewhere for our holidays.

Booking a party of 22 to Florida was not easy, but with the professionalism and patience of Victoria it was such a breeze well done and thanks so much you are a star. if everyone was as dedicated and passionate about there customers as Victoria the world would be a better place.     Sharing to be constructive as it helps to hear feedback. My parents booked and paid Β£8k for a holiday to Florida. They are annoyingly out of date with technology. I have been in to the shop a few times since they booked because they are anxious about everything since Covid and filling out the forms which are all online. When they have been in although you are pleasant enough, you have a tone thats you dont want to deal with them. Put yourself in their shoes, there querys are not silly to them they just need reassurrance. Spending a little time helping them with the forms. In addition to this you should know the fly ready forms inside and out as they are on your website part of check in. Saying you cant see it in person when we called over the phone about querying the attestation form for our 6 year old if she needed a covid jab. I understand you didnt want to tell us the wrong thing but you should know that form as it is very important. I am hoping we have better experience with the flight and cabin crew in order for them to book again.

    Confusing how price of a holiday can go from Β£5000 to Β£7000 then back down Β£1000 then down another Β£750 in space of 5 days!!!
