I had to move to the UK for work reasons and George and Nathan made the transition very easy. They've been very helpful and responsive. It's been a great year and a half with them.
I used Luxury Hub for 4 months. I found them to be useful for the situation I was in due to personal circumstances but if I could pass on feedback from a tenants perspective, it would be to be a bit more noticeable when contacted for issues. For example, I raised the issue about a lack of draws in the room I was staying in and nothing was ever done to help. Eventually I purchased my own draws. The room itself was a great size, private and quiet which is more than you can ask for. I had no major complaints apart from the draws issue and the fact that I had to clean the room and carpets on moving in due to the amount of time between the previous tenants moving out and me moving in. They're functional and meet the needs required for professionals choosing to live in a shared house. My two flat mates Faye and Anna were absolutely lovely and made the stay more comfortable enjoyable.

First of all, they said they would give us 24 hours notice if they needed to inspect our rooms. This didn’t happen. They didn’t respect the privacy and when confronted there response was to simply fire the cleaner. We agreed to end my tenancy early and I left. As soon as I left I asked when I would get my deposit back as agreed. No response and constantly beating around the bush. Saying it’s with accounts, it will take 14 day, 7 days, be with you on Friday. And still no deposit. I dealt with a manager called rose who’s only response was to say she’s to busy to speak to me before hanging up the phone. Disgraceful company. Don’t trust them and go somewhere else. A bunch of crooks
I would like to say big thank you to Luxury Hub Manchester for such a great service. It has been a real pleasure for us to be able to live in Eastcombe Av. We are very sad that we have to leave this house. We are going to missed this lovely home.
Quite a nice home, but managed so incredibly poorly. Agent stated that the house was soundproof when I moved in, turns out it was nothing of the sort, Could hear every single movement in every room. Freezer wasn't functioning when I moved in, room was caked in dust, and the boiler didn't work. Agents will take at least 2 weeks to respond to a simple message Then on my final month with Luxury hub as they sold the house to a new company, we had no broadband, no contact at all, with no information on who was taking control of the building. Poor service considering the cost of their rooms.
Avoid Luxury Hub if you’re a student! They tried to take a lot of our deposit for no reason/with no proof, simply because we were students. They were completely unprofessional when it came to discussing the deposit and refused to send an official break down of costs as they probably knew they were overcharging us. We ended up getting majority of it back after a dispute but it’s just not worth the time or effort!
Whist I was renting from Luxury Hub my property manager Amileigh was brilliant. She responded quickly and professionally when the situation needed.
