   Perfect fit toilet seat. The brackets are different but better than the ones I had before. Didn’t realise that the seat comes complete with brackets, I ended up buying another set. The set I bought are not even compatible with this seat so I couldn’t have used them anyway, but I’ve kept them as spares as I have 2 other bathrooms and they are the right ones for those. Anyway, you have great service, everything was quick and easy, and the seat was top quality, just like the one we had before.

   Easy online ordering, good price. I chose the click and collect option and although on a large industrial estate, locating and parking near the unit was a little difficult. Picking up the one item I ordered was fairly simple although they didn't seem that geared up for click and collect. Four stars, because for my experience everything was fine, one star knocked off because not sure it would have been that easy if the click and collect order was for a lot of items, in which case I would probably recommend to have the items delivered.

   I was a little weary initially based on reviews. I walked into the unit and Dan was incredibly helpful. They didn't have the item I wanted in stock but sourced it overnight from another branch. The most competitive price I could find on the web for this item. Their low prices lead to high demand and so keeping the same level of service is going to be tough. I would just say they aren't cowboys, just incredibly busy judging by the activity within the depot.
