First time visiting Colindale branch and i honestly don’t know how they make any sales. Guy behind the counter is extremely slow and would rather do his personal stuff than serve customers. Queue going out the door but did not care at all. Almost worked slower so wouldn’t have to serve customers. Waited 25mons then walked out. First thing in the morning and you would think they would have more than 1 person at the counter. Slow as a sloth
Since my previous review got taken down I will say this a little nicer: Someone at this warehouse plays loud music at 4 am in the morning, waking up the entire neighbourhood. People have to wake up early in the morning for work and you’re disturbing everyone. Next time I will be informing the authorities. What a selfish thing to do.

Tried to return the part which was not used and the guy was behind the till told me that I am wasting the time by buying and then returning it. Will never go back there again.
The only gentleman working behide the today was extremely helpful he really took the time out to help me
