Been to a party here today and had a wonderful time with a great party host. Jim was lovely with the children making sure their drinks were filled and all had enough food. He also helped the birthday girls mum bring her gifts to the car and was just really lovely.

My son had his joint birthday party here and had the most amazing time. He especially loved the ball pit. Lots of bouncing around, food was lovely. Staff were amazing and so helpful. He can’t wait to come here again.

We had my son, James, 6th birthday party at Jumping Joseph’s on Sunday and it was absolutely brilliant! Josh, our party host, was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and incredibly hard-working. He explained everything clearly and followed all the procedures perfectly — not an easy task with 22 excited kids! I even miscounted the number of children and one was missing food, but Josh sorted it out immediately before anyone even noticed. The party ran so smoothly and everyone commented on how great it was. The parents enjoyed sitting in the comfortable, clean café which offers a nice variety of drinks and food. I visit regularly with my sons for play sessions and they always have a fantastic time burning off energy. I love that I can relax in the café — unlike many play centres with uncomfortable seating and poor cafés, Jumping Joseph’s is genuinely pleasant to sit in. The only small downside is that you have to order the same meal for every child, which can be tricky with different ages and preferences — but that’s just me being picky. On the plus side, you only pay for the children who actually turn up, which is a huge bonus compared to other venues that charge for the full number booked. Overall, I highly recommend Jumping Joseph’s for both parties and play sessions. There’s plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained — our party had children ranging from 2 to 11 years old, and they all loved it!

Had our daughters 5th Birthday celebrations here. Oreo party room 16.08.2025 and had Sophie and Beth who where fantastic with the kids and couldn't do enough for us. Lovely party all round and Eleanor was kept at centre of everything even with the superheroes come out and hearing her name for dedication was a touch she was made up. Back to party room for food all plated up. And allergies of guest respected. With alternatives ready and our happy birthday song well done with cake cut up for us then by staff and wrapped in our napkins and was very accommodating throughout and attentive to any needs or requests. ❤️

What an improvement!! More seating, WARMER and an all round lovely feeling! Topped off by the most amazing Playlist!! The kids absolutely loved it and so did the parents, all singing and bopping along! cherry of the cake! When I commented on the music, the young lad told me he’d made them - he’s a keeper! Will definitely be back again x

I wanted to share my experience of Jumpin Joseph’s in Bromborough on Sunday 18th February. I attended there with my 9 year old autistic son and my 2 year old Granddaughter. My son can be particularly challenging much of the time and doesn’t find it easy to be around other children or lots of noise so it isn’t easy for us going on days out much of the time. As expected my son was having some difficulties with other boys in the football area and as I was busy running after my granddaughter I was struggling somewhat trying to keep a close eye on both of them. My son complained to one of the staff, Max, who listened attentively to the issues and went promptly to resolve the problem between the boys in the football area. I watched for quite some time and noticed that Max stayed with the boys and playing and interacting with them all. As soon as there were any potential problems arising, Max would intervene and redirect the ball so as to separate the boys from any confrontation. I found it particularly sweet how he looked out for my son and gave him a friendly fist bump which my son was delighted with. We will definitely be returning again soon. Well done to all the staff.

A young girl who works there came over to help calm my daughter who has special needs down as she was upset. She really went out of her way to help offering to turn the music down and help diffuse a meltdown be being so kind. It was So appreciated as it meant we could stay and enjoy our day and we can’t thank her enough.

First visit with 1 and 3 yr olds for the tots session. Not busy. Kids really enjoyed it and we would return again. Had to spend £10 on socks for the 4 of us but it clearly says that on their website and can use them again. Small soft play area and climbing wall too

Utterly disgusted after my visit today with my 5 year old son. I could have left a few bad reviews before today, but didn’t as I thought they where a decent establishment! My first experience here I ordered a oat latte, and I was brought cows milk. They assured me it had never happened before, and I filed out an accident form. I came a second time and the same thing happened again. Only this time no accident form was offered. Again, i didn’t leave a review as I thought maybe they where busy, plus accidents happen. We came a third time and I ended up booking a party for my son, which I ended up cancelling after seeing a health and safety issue. I spoke with the owner who happily refunded my deposit. She told me that she hoped we could comeback soon. Still, I didn’t leave a bad review because I am nice person. We left it a couple of months before coming today due to myself being very unwell. We came today as my son needed a treat and to have fun, and this is his favourite trampoline park. Though the response I got of a young man has really left me pretty upset. From being spoke about in front of my face, to not making me the latte I ordered. I did speak to the manager who was so lovely and brought me a latte, and she gave my son a drink also, and to add, let my boy play for longer. The young chap who I won’t mention his name did come and apologise, and rightly so after how he treated me and made me feel. This was supposed to be a nice experience, instead I will leave feeling rather upset and disappointed. All this because I cancelled a birthday party, and for very good reasons. The level of professionalism from him is actually shocking. Please be kind to people, you never know what they are going through. I would like to thank the manager for her prompt response, and how she handled the matter.
