Had our twins 5th birthday party, 4pm till 6pm. Brilliant value for money, and the party host Ella was excellent couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend
My little girl had her 4th birthday party here and everything was perfect. Ellie our party host was fab always providing us with anything we needed. The food was lovely kids and adults agreed. The mascots went down a treat and all the kids loved the soft play. Birthday girl had a fab day and said it was the best birthday ever ☺️ thanks again everyone at Rascalz Soft Play.
I love this place. Yeah some things could do with a update, but it's hard running a business in this day and age. Businesses are falling like dominoes. We are lucky to have a place like this still available. But kids don't care about decore, they love it because they can go wild. And they get a safe and secure environment to go nuts. The staff are friendly and helpful and the other parents are down to earth people. And the kids are happy and that's all that matters. Definitely recommend this place. Its my living room extension.
Best brekky on the Wirral! This softplay is brilliant , loads of space for the kids to run about and play. Staff can’t do enough for you, and the food was fab. My little one loves visits to rascalz.
Can't fault the venue or staff one bit. We had a party here for our little ones birthday today. The venue itself was clean and tidy. The staff were polite, nothing was to much for our party host. The food was beautiful. And loads of it to! A big thank you for making the day so smooth and easy for us.
Been going here for over 12 years now with Grandchildren of different ages. Hadn’t been for a while, covid etc. I was made up to see they still had one of the settees, which both me & my Husband find comfortable (being old, lol). It still is the nicest soft play area around. We feel safe letting the kiddies run from one section to another without worrying where they are. It all feels safe & secure. The food is nice. It’s kept nice & clean too. Yes, it can sometimes feel a tad cold but it does warm up. All in all a fab place and will continue to take our youngest Grandchildren there. Staff are nice & accommodating too.
We have been to many soft plays, this is almost definitely the worst we've ever been to. As soon as we arrived we noticed a very old musty smell with very dated decor. When entering the soft play area I was disguted by how dirty it was. One section of the under 5 area smelt of stale urine, between the padding area it was thick with dust and grime, some of the boards in the older childrens area are darkened by the dirt. My husband and I lasted 30 minutes before leaving and taking them somewhere much cleaner. I would strongly advise this place to close its doors for a week and hire in a professional cleaning company to sort this place out. It's disgusting. Edit: No, I definitely have the right place. There was no point in informing management, because as has been explained in your reply you're clearly in denial. You have more than one review complaining about cleanliness. I didn't view the kitchens, so I can't argue against your 5* kitchen rating. All I can account for is what I witnessed going around the soft play with my children.
Given it 3* as the kids do like going (but it's soft play so of course they will like it). It's normally quite cold there, the tea and coffee are a bit iffy and the tables and floors always feel sticky. I know the staff try hard to make it a great place for the kids, which they do, just not that comfortable for the parents.
Kids had a ball at friend birthday party. Not amazing inside but good enough for kids . Decent for party , really good price too 100 pound for 30 children with food provided. To be honest it's just the area its in run down shops that made me choose 3 stars.
