   Recently had my daughter’s birthday here. I wouldn’t bother the staff are terrible. One was sat on her phone all day at reception. We had to keep promoting staff to organise things, and don’t get me going on Spider-Man. You’re lucky I can’t post videos on here. Basically just walked into the room like a convict and walked back out waved a few times and took some pictures? No moves or picking out the birthday kid or anything. Your play center is actually really good, such a shame your staff are so halve arsed, id of sacked every single one of them and brought in people who have some enthusiasm about them. We won’t be back

   This is our son’s favourite soft play and has had a party here. Owners and staff are lovely. Place kept generally clean and tidy but is needing updating in place. Food is adequate for kids.

   My little one loves it here. Lots of different activities for her to do. Only thing that would improve my score would be more sensory activities so my baby can play too.

   It never gives an opinion but this place asks for it. I do not recommend this place. I only came here because booking was necessary everywhere else, I already know that I will never come here again. It's dirty here, it stinks. The main door of the toilet until it sticks to your hand. And the lady serving the food must be forced here ... at least that's how she acts. Believe me, it will be better if you choose a different place for your children to play.

   A great place for the kids. The play section is big enough to keep them entertained for a while. With party rooms, food in with the kids ticket and food options for the grown ups, a great way to spend the morning or afternoon.
