The gentleman serving today beats all the records for indifference and bad service... He did not take his eyes off the phone and was so rude I forgot to ask for the other things I needed. Even the tool I bought did not serve its purpose, maybe it was a bad day but I certainly will never set foot in that shop again.
Super helpful and friendly. Needed a specific drill bit which I wasn’t hopeful of them having but they did! Lots of options in this store. Great small business and beats giving money to the big chains.
