Great place with a fun vibe. The food took nearly an hour to arrive so order early if you're in a rush. The pizza was worth the wait.
Not good. We payed for all day but ended up not likening it after 30 minutes. We go to ask for a refund and just pay for the hour and was refused. We asked why and they said you need 48 hours prior to ask for a refund. We were treated with very bad customer service. The female acting manager spoke to us with a condescending attitude and we will not be coming back. We were offered vouchers which run out after a short amour of time. Would not recommend.
Me and my son absolutely love this place, it's much smaller than the other main indoors ones, but still brilliant. Every time I've been, we have just been walk ins, never had to pre-book, which is handy. Maybe around half terms, it's worth booking though. Food is similar to an old fashioned run down cafe, which is a shame. Doesn't need to be restaurant quality, just more enjoyable.
What a cool place to go for all ages! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it here. Good value for money, place was clean, food was nice with quick serve. Staff were polite and helpful. Can take your own scooters or hire them there. We'll Definitely be going back!
Went to Ramp 1 / Airbase 1 for a birthday party and was delighted about how well-oiled the whole process was. The staff treated us quite nicely and were very patient with the little ones. The food and drinks options in the menu were decently priced. All in all, not a bad place to have a party.

Brilliant and reasonably priced day out for kids during half term. Great customer service- staff are friendly and helpful.Good coffee, but lacking in plant based alternativesto milk. Limited menu for veggies, zero for vegans.
