   The swimming teachers are fab - the woman with the short purple hair in the cafe bit is so rude and miserable, if you dont enjoy customer service based jobs dont do the job. week in week out the same snotty attitude, disgraceful and even rude to the kids!

   Grotty. Been going down hill for years. Management need a shake up, they're happy to spend money on an AI chatbot but not on fixing leaks or cleaning the pool. Shame. You'd think they'd have learned after losing the Dukinfield baths.

   The swimming teachers are fantastic and the classes are small which is great for little learners - they get plenty of help from the teacher without being overwhelmed by a big class. Just a shame that the changing room and toilets are disgusting. Multiple brown leaks from the ceiling, a horrible smell of drains and filthy toilets.

   The overall centre is good, but the badminton court is poorly designed. The ceiling with bright, undimmed lights makes the game impossible to play.

   Just went in to sign our fifteen year old daughter up to the gym, the staff were super friendly, very knowledgeable and making a fantastic job of training up a new recruit, faultless!

   Really popular leisure centre, they seem to do everything well. My son has health condition and 1st aiders were great, but with only 1 lift to floors can be problematic in emergency.

   Active Copley has 2 good pools. A small nursery pool for children and babies and a very large pool for adults and good swimmers. There is a cafe that is reasonably priced. But the car park however is a little on the small side and is in some places tight. Which means the occasional bump may appear on your car. But overall its decent.

   The staff are really friendly and helpful, the facilities are really good; they have a small pool for beginners and a large pool for lane swimming, there's courts for squash, sports halls for badminton and other indoor sports and a decent gym that has just been refurbished. There is a great cafe/restaurant that does pizzas, burgers, cheese toasties, jacket potatoes and all manner of refreshments from tea and coffee, through slushies and soft drinks to beer on draught. They also sell swimming goggles and nappies etc

   A wonderful facility and staff. Used the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. Staff showed me how to access the different areas and were patient and friendly. Lockers in good condition, showers and hairdryers all working well. Pool temperature perfect for me as I don't like cold water). Used to be a member of a private gym but Copley was superior in cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff.
