Great leisure pool for kids, surprisingly warm, had waves and a little rapids as well as spray-y things and what seemed like a good number of lifeguards. Would return with the kids. Litter is a problem, especially in the changing areas. This is a community pool and it must be frustrating to the centre that the locals aren't looking after it properly - regardless, it's not a nice experience. Didn't try the cafe.

The cafe has been open on a Wednesday and Thursday 10-7 for 3 weeks. On week 1 I was asked and others by Margaret do I request anything. I requested gluten free items like bread, tea cakes( fruit bread) scones. On week 3 still nothing. Many people are coeliac, gluten free either by necessity or choice. I feel this is unacceptable that I believe this has been requested by the cafe staff each week and nothing has been delivered. Very poor response to customers request

We visited The Hyde leisure pool today for the waves and slide, but sadly, the experience wasn’t great. It was very cold inside, and the water was much colder than usual. Especially when the weather is colder, the cool pool is not what we expect. We weren’t able to stay for even one hour. One of our favourite leisure centers is getting worse each year.

Hyde Leisure Pool is a fantastic place for families looking for affordable fun. We had a great time — the pool is clean, well-managed, and full of fun features like slides, waves, and a lazy river. It’s especially good for kids, and the environment felt safe and friendly. The entry fee is very reasonable compared to other water parks, making it a great value day out. Highly recommended for a fun and budget-friendly family experience!

Love Hyde Leisure Centre gym. Great facilities and all brand new state of the art equipment. Great layout and ambience since the refurb. Not a huge gym like the franchise ones but enough for most people.

Amazing. The staff are excellent and they have had a return at the gym and it’s amazing. The sauna and steam room are also lovely.

Whilst our family and I had a great time in the actual pool itself the facilities are subpar, there's nowhere near enough changing rooms to cope with the number of swimmers and the service at the café was shambolic.

Why aren't the slides and waves done more often? My son has a day off school next week on weds and the slides and waves aren't open. No point in going if they aren't open. I'll just take him to a closer pool. If the waves and slides were open more we would come here much more often. I used to come here with my family when I was a kid and it hasn't changed in around 15 years. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. But I took my 5 year old son today and it was still awesome. The slide has 1.1 metre height restriction (110 cm). You can't go down with another person so you can't take your child down if they don't meet the height restriction. The waves are fun as is the slide and the white water river. The sprayer is too cold though. I think the sprayers would be better if you could direct them. Like stationary water guns that you can angle at people in the pool. This place could maybe do with an update though.
