I have been using this store for a year now multiple times a week and am unfortunately moving away from the area. I will be sad as it has been an extremely friendly and helpful place. They know their customers well and are always welcoming. Best toolstation I have been to in London

I’ve been using this branch of Toolstation for a month now and regularly do click and collects. I’ve been served by (I think) nearly every member of the team, and the professionalism and service I’ve received has been fantastic. From catching up on selling sunset gossip with Shannye, to always laughing in the presence of Coy, this team are cohesive and the familial feel of shopping here always leaves me smiling. 10/10 service!

This was my first time here and wasn't sure what to expect because from the outside it looks massive and like somewhere you could get lost in. The customer side footprint is pretty small, essentials and some catalogues to find what you need. I just asked at the counter - Stuart and Travis were really friendly and helpful and I had my 89p radiator key within a minute. No job too small! :D

Tool Station on the Blackhorse road is second to none at what they do, as anyone in the trade, or them that do it themselves could tell you. What they also do is employ the kind of people you want to find on the other side of the counter, particularly when you need advice on what to use to do that thing you want to do when you haven't got a clue. Every time I've been the staff have been friendly and helpful, and when I need something they're my first choice. Then again, ScrewFix are pretty good; same format, warehouse sized shop, a counter, staff who know what they sell and mostly always helpful with it. Which is just as well, particularly if you're the kind of half-wit who didn't know you can't use imperial olives on metric pipe...
