   Absolutely shocking service was waiting 45 mins to be served when there was over 10 employees in the office, and when I explained what I wanted to purchase they didn’t even know what I was talking about!

   Customer service was very poor as the person serving me was more interested in going I his lunch break. I asked for a simple part which he had no idea of what I'm talking about, then got the hump when he presented the wrong part to me. He told me that I should get served by someone else because he is going on his lunch. I ended up waiting 15 minutes until someone came to serve me, from the office, as the person already on the shop floor stood there watching the vending machine technician work. I would recommend this company for plumbing parts, but definitely not this store.
