I would not recommend this travel agent. I had a bad experience with them. In a time of need they were not helpful. I was told to call back after an hour, I even explained my flight was in an hour. They put the phone down on me. Anyone can book tickets themselves but we use travel agents for assurance and for their service. I received nothing of the sort, I found them to be unreliable and unprofessional. I have notified my family not to travel with them in future.
