   This company advertised and actively promotes a MasterCard Cash Passport as an alternative means of spending currency abroad. I obtained a card from the Littleborough branch last year and have enjoyed friendly and professional service from the majority of staff and management when loading cash onto the card. This is in total contrast to the service offered by Althams Bury Branch. I visited the Agent today and requested to load cash to my cash passport. The first young female member of staff replied that she couldn't do it and asked if I could wait. Another female member of staff laughed and told me that she could not do the transaction "either". A third female member of staff who was talking to a seated customer advised the first young female on what to do whereupon she looked at her computer screen, played with her hair then stated that she was unable to access the correct system. She was then told to seek advice from Head Office. The third member of staff then asked me if I could return on another day as the programme passwords would need to be reset by Head Office. I expressed my dissatisfaction then left. The attitude of the staff and service provided at this branch is unacceptable. I will never visit again.

   Extremely poor customer experience following purchase of holiday. There is a lack of knowledge from certain staff to disclose important information and clauses within their contract when selling holidays. There does not seem to be any respect either to the customer when dealing with queries/enquiries following payment of a holiday . I most certainly will not use these travel agents again

   Drivers NOT allowed to wait inside T1 @ Manchester, used to have their own desk inside, they have to wait at bus stop C, information at Manchester Airport SHOULD know, maybe even special assistance should know, the only reason not 5* is due to Manchester Airport messing its customers about!!!
