I was like looking for a new gym in the area, although it’s not a big gym like Gym Group etc it ticked all my boxes. If your an experienced gym goer you are able to get a decent work out in. I was shown around by the manager and was impressed with the facilities you can even book classes Circuit training, HITT etc The staff are friendly and polite especially people on Reception.

Very bad experience today ! My son is autistic he did his induction for gym ! Everything was ok he like it ! He been two three times ! Today they lost his induction form and don’t let him go in gym ! He was so depressed when he came back home ! No solution ! Finally we cancelled our membership for whole family! Receptionist was so rude !

Inhumanity from the membership team when passed my 16yrs old child details to the debt collection agency when he just paused 2months from going to the gym while doing his GCSE exams. They didn't sent any reminder or get in touch to his parents or send out post to our home address when they can't get his membership fee .I understand that my child should inform them about this temprorary absence but it's unacceptable how they treat my child as their long term customers especially as he is just 16yrs old. Me and my child just found out about this issue via email from the agency sent to my child email address.they couldn't passed his details to the debt collection agency without his parent knowing.it's disgusting .

My Daughter and her friend are currently at the inflatable obstacle swimming course and are having a great time. What a credit the you g male lifeguard is to your team. He is engaging with all the children, chatting, splashing them, throwing buckets of water at them. It is him that has made the experience extra fun!

Not enough parking in the car park a lot of the time, then restrictions in the local area so end up having to park far away. The changing rooms are really poor, lots of broken locks and quite dirty. The pools are fine though. Decent sports hall that can be booked for kids parties.

Great gym facilities. Staff are helpful. Can always get on gym equipment. Personal trainers are great. Shower facilities. Air conditioned. Plenty parking.

Absolute joke if you work, finish early afternoon and want to use the gym, packed with school kids - no limit or restrictions on how many are let in, they hog every piece of equipment and machine and you definitely cannot use the small changing rooms for a shower or a locker st these times either. Staff unwilling to help to resolve it, total waste of my time and money so congratulations on losing a customer - may as well stop adults using it in the afternoons to stop ripping people off - at least they'd know what the timetable would be then to access the gym when it's less busy.

I took my granddaughter for her first swimming lesson this morning and was really impressed. The lady on reception was very helpful and the lady who took the class was fabulous with all the children. I would definately recommend this pool for swimming lessons

Wow, just found this place and it’s brilliant. Hidden behind the school is a great little centre with great facilities and family friendly. Staff are very polite and everywhere looks clean and well maintained. Definitely my new swimming centre of choice. So impressed I took all these photos.
