   I Went There On Thursday 9th October 2025. Just after 7p.m. The Server I believe who's name was Marc was so helpful, it took me by surprise. Even after the long day he was telling me he had, was helpful in finding the right thing for me for my Job, he did extra research to make sure the product did what I needed it too, he knew of other products that I should have along with it and he did this all with a smile and was very positive. He was a great help and he is a quality member of the team there. Thank you Marc H . Great help.

   Received an email saying my complete order was ready for collection. Cycled 30 mins to collect and told they don't have it. Won't be using Toolstation ever again. Am I supposed to call to check everytime I get an order confirmation? This has never happened at Screwfix and I've ordered from them over 100 times.
