I bought a small wet tile cutter it was for my sons kitchen, it did the job really well. I was so impressed, good service as well so very happy
Helpful staff in store. Like the paper and pens and books, much better than the tablets in screwfix. Always good amount of stock. The only downside to this branch is the lack of good parking when it gets busy
Knowledgeable staff, and amazingly helpful. Parking right outside the door, and easy access, all on the ground floor. There also seems to be plenty of special offers. A big thank you to the young man behind the counter who helped me with all my plumbing needs or I wouldn't have had a clue !

Store is at the end of an industrial estate. I had to queue to collect as at the time there was only one operative working the counter.

A very helpful and diverse staff!! I asked this very tall behemoth of a man where I could find a tool box that was big enough to supply lots of tools, he called over a lady called torah (who I can only assume had dwarfism) and she guided me directly to where I needed to be! Although she couldn't lift the one that she said was best for me she was helpful nonetheless!!
I had the best experience in Toolstation Rochester today, i came in with not a clue what i needed for the work being done on my home but i spoke with the manager called Taryn, who is amazing! She listened to my stresses and managed to work out all the details i needed and even offered me more tools for the future work i told her i was having done. She was polite and i have never experienced that level of customer service before. I am extremely happy and no longer stressed about what i need and the work happening, i even told my husband not to worry about coming here anymore as my experience was that good that i will do it all over again!!!
