The amount of sessions that have been cancelled for the baby and mother session is appalling. And sometimes two hours before a session. Oh and make sure you read the terms and conditions. if they cancel, YOU have to fill out a form and ask them for a refund. If this isn't done within 30 days you lose out. By far the most bizarre t&c.

A gr8 fun facility for the kids apart from learning one of the most important sports- swimming in Oldham area... My grandson enjoys swimming at Swim where I sometimes go to drop/pick him there. My grandson has learnt few categories of swimming very well which I could observe while we went on holidays to Antalya, Turkeye'. Our stay was in Pegasus World Hotel where my grandson would demonstrate to me few skills which he learnt here in Swim! Oldham. He could swim in open sea on the beach as well. Good training by teachers at Swim! Oldham. Well done and keep it up, Swim! Oldham

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just wanted to thank Meghan from Swim Oldham – I honestly have no words to express my gratitude. The way she managed my little one during his very first swimming lesson was mind-blowing. Without her support, it simply wouldn’t have been possible. I am truly grateful to her and can’t thank her enough!

Far to many kids in a small pool. Usually 6 per teacher, today 7! Even with 6, your kid only gets a few minutes to learn as they take turns each whilst the rest wait. It's really not worth the price. They can't even fit all the kids in one line they're all bumping into each other. For that, go somewhere else.

Our 5-year-old daughter started swimming lessons at this place two months ago, and we set up a direct debit as required. Towards the end of the second month, she started getting really upset and said she didn’t want to go anymore, she was crying and clearly not enjoying it. We spoke with her to try and understand why she didn’t want to go, and through tears she simply said, “I don’t like it.” It was obvious she was distressed, so we decided it was best not to continue. We cancelled the direct debit five days before the next payment was due and let them know she wouldn’t be coming back. But we were told the payment would still be taken because we were supposed to give 30 days’ notice. We spoke to the manager and explained everything – how are you meant to give a month’s notice when your child suddenly becomes upset and refuses to go back? It didn’t feel fair at all to be charged for a full month of lessons she wouldn’t even be attending. The manager even said we’d need a ‘valid reason’ to be considered for a refund – but surely a young child being distressed and in tears is a valid enough reason? There was no empathy or understanding, and they didn’t want to know. Even if our daughter wants to try swimming again in future, we won’t be returning to this place. Poor customer service and an inflexible, unsympathetic approach. Really disappointing.

The lessons were fine but the customer service is awful. The place was shut for a month, no updates or information on reopening. No discount applied despite the fact it was shut weeks longer than planned. After various attempts to contact them, they still took another months payment as 'notice' for cancelling. Would not recommend.

Wouldn’t Advise anyone to sign their child up to this swimming Class. Poor communication happy to take your direct debit payment but only give the children one lesson in the month between December and January they have taken 2 payments now and only had one lesson in the past 8 weeks due to them being closed nobody answers the phone calls and the lessons are basic at best don’t waste your money

You know I have mixed feelings about this place. My children did learn how to swim here and the instructors were very patient and friendly, but very recently - at the last minute - they decided to inform us that the facilities would be closed for 3 weeks for refurbishment 5 days before it was to begin. This meant that for 3 whole weeks there would be no lessons. I don't mind missing 2 weeks, but 3 weeks is just taking the mickey as I pay for multiple children and they are all missing 3 out of 4 weeks of lessons, and the 5 day notice was just poor management. At least give us a couple of weeks notice before making this decision so we can plan for this as it gave me very little time to adjust. The instructors there are all very friendly, it is just a shame it is brought down by how unorganised everything feels.

Great place to swim, My little one loves it. The instructors are really friendly and my child has progressed loads since starting. Could not recommend it enough! *****

My Grandsons have their swimming lessons here, they love coming, all the teachers have a great relationship with the kids & actually teach them to swim, progress is logged on a tablet, then the kids move up a group as required. Last night was particularly quiet so very small groups, 4 in 1 group then just 1 in another. Id definitely recommend swimming lessons here
