I love calling in here when I am dropping family home. Huge, well stocked, clean and very friendly staff. A real treat to visit.
Always pleasant to shop here. The isle's are immaculate and hardly ever see items out of stock. Don't feel the need to rush whilst shopping as it's a nice atmosphere and you can browse products that aren't always in other supermarkets. Staff are always approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. What I really like is the loyalty card. The vouchers are for exactly what you typically purchase so they are personalised and actually useful. For example I got £3 off Dutchy products, £2.50 off No 1 Salmon and 50p off cottage cheese. You even get a couple of treats. I recently got 250g of the No1. coffee for free. Overall, I've started to shop here more recently due to the quality and variety of the produce, discounts on the shelves and via the loyalty card, the convenience and relaxed atmosphere.
Quick emergency shopping trip. Large range of items, well organised. Good parking availability. Good experience. Deli section and fresh items looked appealing !
Regular shopper at this store and usually Frances is around later in the day. Today was selected for random check on self scan and needed to scan 38 items. Couldn’t have been more apologetic for delay. Frances was really polite had a big smile on her face and apologised to other customers for the delay. Great Customer Service skills, have witnessed her dealing with a difficult customer in the past and she dealt with it with professionalism throughout!
Has its own multi story car park the shop itself is located. The top floor of the car park so go up towards level 7 if you don’t want to use lifts/ stairs. Note as you drive towards entrance Waitrose car park is on left on the right is for station car park. The shop itself has a huge range of all Waitrose products. There are customer toilets on entrance and that’s where store wheelchairs are stored. 5* definitely one of the better laid out waitroses With a great range.
I went in on Mother’s Day to buy some flowers and had my 3 year old and 1 year old in tow. One of the my kids was playing up and Lisa came over and being a mother herself helped calm the situation and gave my daughter a little toy and chocolate. Fantastic personalisation and attention to their customers. They go above and beyond in here. Thank you Lisa from me and my daughter.
As usual, I picked up my order for John Lewis from Waitrose. The usual excellent service. I had to return one part of the order at a later date because it was damaged. It was handled professionally and a refund provided.
It was a surprise for me to day as its been a while since my last visit. It has been up dated and the layout is good. Wine department is bigger and layout good. In all a good visit.
What an upgrade! Amazing dry aged meat cabinet, fish counter, sushi available, huge wine selection and John Lewis homeware all added. Combined with the friendliness of the staff makes this my favourite Waitrose yet.
Today I went to Waitrose in Rickmansworth, (as my usual), And I bought 2 birthday cakes to bring to work and share with my colleagues, the cashier asked me who's bday, and so I said it was my birthday and wanted to celebrate with my colleagues too, once I finished to pack my items in the shopping bags, the cashier gifts me a bouquet of lovely roses. It never happened something like this to me, I felt like I was in a movie. Thank you very much, you made my day, I wish I could remember your name, but just wanted to say thank you again to Waitrose staff.
