Could give him zero stars if possible! Nothing ever works when you come to return something and it’s always “broken” or “down” according to them. DHL, UPS and the rest should just stop this shop on the dropdown! ZERO STARS!

Doesn’t give option of 0 stars! I came in to the shop to get a vape, I left and it wasn’t working so I went back into the shop to get a new one. A lady went to give me a new one and a man came over and said that they don’t do refunds or swaps. Which is clearly not true as the lady was just about to give me a new one before he came over. He was very rude and said how they didn’t sell dodgy stuff. If you pay for something and it doesn’t work you should either get a refund or be given a different one. Seen many bad reviews about the same man so clearly he is just rude and has no respect for customers who are giving them money….

As a convenient shop, maybe it is ok. I understand the price maybe higher, but it's a corner shop. But I rated 1 star because its poor service on handling parcels. 9 out of 10 times, the staff would say "the scanner does not work" so they cannot either let you pick up or send the parcel. The thing I do not understand is, if your scanner is out of service since like 2 months ago, why don't you simply just pause the parcel service?

Absolutely unacceptable conduct! Not only did they provide incorrect prices and different items, but their customer service and communication skills, as well as overall interpersonal skills, are unprofessional and subpar. When I attempted to inquire about my parcel and explained the situation, they insisted I pay for something I did not request. Instead of engaging with me and collaborating to find a resolution, the staff member and the manager chose to argue with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not have your parcels delivered here. A staff member refused to give me my parcels even after I told her it is illegal to withhold mail, she claimed the scanner was broken even though it was not. She also raised her voice to 2 other customers that were also waiting for their parcels and made them leave the shop. She then called the manager on her phone(the bald man that wears a rolled up beanie hat everyone else is complaining about in the reviews), who then proceeded to scream at me over the phone for not wanting to leave without my parcels. After 30 minutes of back and forth, they were magically able to give me my parcels. I had 2 more parcels on the way to the budgens inpost locker the next day, however the staff rejected/refused both of them. I went to the store 2 days later to confront them and they closed the shop shutters on me (4pm in the afternoon), after letting a customer out, i went in and confronted the manager who began raising his voice at me telling me they no longer accept parcels even though I could see multiple piles of parcels they had accepted that morning. The staff in this shop are a disgrace. Half of their produce is also out of date. Do not use this shop for any service.

Where do I start, honestly this shop is a scam, they change the original prices that is literally written on the product and make it wayyy more expensive, or they just don’t write any prices, costumer service is okay but not good, also the receipts don’t have the prices either, honestly I don’t recommend it.

The worst customer service for parcel collection. I've collected a few parcels here and each time I've had a bad experience. I was served by a lady on all occasions. When you go collect your parcel be prepared to: 1) Wait till everyone is served, before the lady hands you over your parcel. The parcels are disorganised and kept in one big messy pile. 2) be informed that your parcel is missing and then it may turn up three weeks later. I left my number with them so that they can let me know if the parcel turns up and she threw it in the bin. (just why would you do that, take someones number just to throw it in the bin?) 3) make a few trips to collect your parcel because the staff don’t bother to check properly if your parcel is there. she said she returned the parcel to the driver when they had the parcel in the back the whole time. I tried to ring them a few times before my commute there and they just don't pick up. I had to make three trips to collect two parcel. when I could of collected both in fewer trips.The store is the closest to me but still I have to commute for 30 mins to get there and juggle my kids in-between. I will not be returning to this store. I just don't have the time to mess around with rude and disorganised staff. When I confronted the staff regarding this. She just didn't care, tried to avoid me and was disrespectful. If the staff are struggling to provide external parcel services properly they shouldn't sign up to it. Hope in the future, they can take action from reading this review. By either organising their parcels, or improving their customer service. No point of having a nice looking shop if the staff are not going to be helpful and be rude instead.
