   As an Indian living in the UK, I absolutely love shopping at Waitrose! Their No.1 range of Indian ready meals, like the butter chicken and Keralan curries, are surprisingly authentic and packed with flavour. The Cooks' Ingredients spices (degghi mirch, gunpowder blend) are high-quality and fresh, perfect for my home cooking. The store is always clean, well-organised, and the staff are friendly. A bit pricier, but worth it for the premium taste that reminds me of home. Highly recommend!

   This Waitrose had just changed their floor plan, so doing my shop took twice as long. The staff are always able to help, there is a great selection of wines. Unfortunately they have taken the lovely deli away, thank goodness the fish counter is still there.

3. Blokprintz Print with Paint! ★★★☆☆

   The staff are lovely and so is the food. What I don't like about Waitrose is the continual and large-scale death of plants due to a lack of watering, the replacement of staffed tills with the troublesome auto-check-out things, and worse of all, the Waitrose voucher scheme - drives everyone nuts as they stand in line during the lengthy process of getting 50p off something.

   I've been visiting/shopping in this Waitrose since 1993. Not perfect, but I like it and had lots of good exeriences here. Will keep coming and will recommend. But I had a NOT very good experience today. Waitrose, unlike their competitors, do not have self-checkouts that take both Cards AND Cash. So, paying with cash takes much longer, since there are only 3 human operated tills, always very busy. WHY not improve your service if you can and why not help your customers if you really value them? One would think that common sense would dictate Waitrose would install a few self-checkout tills that take cash as well. Let's hope the management will understand that and do something about it.

   Expensive! A lot of the stuff is double compared to Sainsbury's, and the quality is the same. The honey dew melon is 3.40, and 1.69 at Sainsbury's.

   Decent sized store. Shelves nearly always full. Top quality food. A bit more expensive than your typical retailer but you’re paying for the quality. Staff are friendly and store is easy to navigate around. Push chair friendly. Parcel collection point inside which is very helpful. Right near Northwood station. Limited parking available.

   Have always used this as my local waitrose but they recently installed cameras at every self checkout with screens showing your face flashing RECORDING in big red lettering. Even worse there are no signs up telling you why they are recording my face or how the data is going to be used, they could be selling these videos for all we know. It's espicially annoying as it looks like expensive equipment yet they still haven't brought back the free coffees they were offering pre Covid (even though the coffee machine is still there and I still have the reusable cup they incentivised me to buy)

   Very helpful staff. Whilst not very large, this is still a reasonably-sized branch of Waitrose. Decent levels of stock considering it was late on Sunday afternoon when I visited. Convenient location: just around the corner from Northwood Underground station and close to bus stops too.
