Not too busy for Xmas Eve. Wide aisles. Well staffed. Reasonable prices with a Nectar card.

Shocking service. Gift card has failed to activate immediately after taking payment (error code at the till), was subsequently pawed off onto the customer services, who weren't much help and have advised that since its the vendor issue, to seek refund directly. That's not how purchase contracts work. Be better and get some training.

Staff rather talk to one another than help kiosk always has long wait, while manager, will chat to secretary guide, seeing long queue. Staff have little or none customer service, however saying that some of the older workers are more focused.

Great selection of products and the store is really clean. They have an Argos counter at the back. They have a bakery that services fresh goods, fruit and veg section, clothing section, spices, alcohol section, flowers as you enter, and other food items. You can get lottery tickets there. They have loads of self checkout points towards the entrance. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Good shop good staff, heaven for shoplifters, I stood in entrance for 15 minutes waiting for the rain to ease and the alarm at the exit must have gone off 5 times and no one stopped or was stopped !!

You can't actually get in through 50% of the doors (once you've dodged the homeless people that gather in hope outside) but there has been a scruffy note on said doors, since January, saing that the entrance is "currently being resolved" (!?!). This means there is only one exit / entrance which is always tricky to negotiate as the trollies are stacked right by it and consequently it's full of surprised people, trying to find a £1 coin. Once inside, half the self-service tills don't work, there's no room for trollies and the customer service staff are woeful; they're vacant, slow and unwilling. Avoid unless absolutely necessary. It's bedlam.

Nicely laid out medium size store with good parking. The store is nicely laid out with clear signs marking where things are. The store stocks your usual groceries, plus a range of other items including magazines and newspapers, stationery, clothing, DVDs, ipod/laptop accessories (usb cables, USB sticks, card readers etc). It's always worth keeping an eye out for special offers and reductions. Now has an in-store Argos located at the back. Can be busy at times though.

The staff are very friendly. It's a small store but it seems to have everything you will need. Quality of food is great. COVID measures still in place and it's very clean. Disabled friendly. Wheelchair and scooters available for people to use in the store

Small city centre store. The parking slots at street level are a little small. Better to park underground. The variety of goods on sale is obviously limited by the stores size. The toilets aren't up to date. The photos are of London Colney Sainsbury's which is a five star store.
